About RealTech Capital
RealTech Capital is a private, integrated real estate investment firm operating as a principal investor across residential real estate assets in Texas. Our focus is on asset-secured, deal-by-deal investment opportunities structured with a capital-preservation mindset.
We combine in-house sourcing, underwriting, and execution to maintain control across the full investment lifecycle. Capital is structured at the asset level with clear documentation, defined priority, and disciplined risk management to support transparency and alignment throughout each investment.
We do not operate pooled or blind investment vehicles. Each opportunity is evaluated and structured independently, and may include senior or subordinate debt positions, preferred equity, or strategic partnerships depending on the underlying asset, execution plan, and risk profile.
